Spiriva

A long-acting once-daily antimuscarinic bronchodilator indicated for long-term management of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (e.g., chronic bronchitis, emphysema).

Adverse effects
Dry mouth, constipation, vomiting, dyspepsia.
