 [klĭ-din´e-um]
an anticholinergic and antimuscarinic with antispasmodic and antisecretory effects on the gastrointestinal tract; as clindium bromide it has been administered orally as adjunctive therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer and other gastrointestinal disorders.
