CCL7
A gene on chromosome 17q11.2-q12 that encodes monocyte chemotactic protein 3 (MCP-3), a secreted chemokine that attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. MCP-3/CCL7 is a member of the C-C subfamily of chemokines, which have two adjacent cysteine residues, and is a ligand for CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3.
