pretibial fever leptospirosis due to Leptospira interrogans serogroup autumnalis, marked by a rash on the pretibial region, with lumbar and postorbital pain, malaise, nasal inflammation, and fever. Also known as Fort Bragg fever because it was observed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
