1. a mass of epithelial mucus resembling a myxoma.
2. pseudomyxoma peritonei.
pseudomyxoma peritone´i the presence in the peritoneal cavity of mucoid material from a ruptured ovarian cyst or a ruptured mucocele of the appendix.
