pyroglobulinemia

 [pi″ro-glob″u-lĭ-ne´me-ah]
the presence of pyroglobulin in the blood, occurring most frequently in multiple myeloma, Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, and other lymphoproliferative disorders, but also occasionally without known associated disease.
