[suk″sĭ-nil-ko´lēn]a neuromuscular blocking agent used as the chloride salt to aid in such procedures as endotracheal intubation and endoscopy, as an adjunct to surgical anesthesia, and in convulsive therapy; administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
