Busulfan, an alkylating anticancer drug used especially in the treatment of chronic granulocytic LEUKAEMIA. It is very toxic and can destroy the function of the BONE MARROW unless its use is carefully monitored. It can also cause widespread FIBROSIS of the lungs. A brand name is Myleran.
