thioridazine

A typical piperidine antipsychotic used for short-term management of depression with anxiety. Thioridazine decreases excitement, hypermotility, affective tension, and agitation by psychomotor inhibition. High doses are discouraged, given the concerns relating to cardiotoxicity and retinopathy.
 
Adverse effects
Drowsiness, pseudoparkinsonism, extrapyramidal symptoms, nocturnal confusion, hyperactivity, lethargy, psychotic reactions, restlessness, headache, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, nasal congestion, galactorrhoea, breast engorgement, amenorrhoea, ejaculation inhibition, peripheral oedema.
